ORDER INFO AND TRACKING

Q: How do I know if my order has been placed correctly?

A: You will be emailed a confirmation of the order immediately after it is placed.

 

Q: How can I track the status of my order?

A: You can check the tracking of your order in My Account or within the email you are sent when your items ship.

 

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: With our rapid order processing we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made. If you do need to make an adjustment you can email support@golfanything.com

FORGOT LOGIN

Q: Where can I find my login details if forgotten?

A: You can retrieve these details from the My Accountpage. 


Forgotten password: enter your login name and email address and we will send you your password hint via email.
Forgotten user ID: Enter the email address associated with your customer account. Hit the "remind me" button below, and we will email you a list of valid usernames.

PAYMENT

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Golf Anything accepts; Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. We're also happy to accept payment with your PayPal account. 

 

Q: I have an in-store credit, can I apply it to my online order?

A: You can apply a gift card balance at checkout.

 

Q: Does sales tax apply to my purchase?

A: In compliance with sales tax laws, we automatically collect sales tax for those states that require it, including Arizona (our physical location)

SHIPPING

Q: What are my shipping options?

A: We offer the choices of USPS, UPS, and Standard Shipping.

 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Our shipping times are as such;

Standard Shipping
  • Orders for in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days from the date of your order regardless of the time the order is placed.
  • Orders placed using this ship method will arrive in 8 business days or less.
  • Standard Shipping orders are delivered by either UPS or USPS depending upon shipment weight and order amount.

Q: Is a signature required for delivery?

A: Golf Anything does not require a signature except for most orders above $300. 

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Golf Anything definitely ships throughout the United States and Canada.

 

Q: Are international duties and taxes included in the shipping charges?

A: International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. Please contact your local Customs Office for any duty and taxes that may be added.
