Haven't received my shoes

I still haven't received my shoes. It actually has taken entirely too long. Customer service said that you guys were switching Warehouse OK but I would like to get my shoes before its winter?

Should have went with what I know

Nice style, however, I wear a 10.5 in sneakers and normally need a full size larger with golf shoes. I ordered an 11 and had to send them back. I'll reorder in 11.5 when I get my store credit

Confused by the two sites. One for US and one Canadia

Shoes were too small and I had to return them. Your online sytem would not give me a return label- so after MANY attempts and much wastes time and frustration I called the 1800 number and left a message. In fairness the callback was quick and the person who helped me was polite and efficient. He emailed me a return label immediately and I returned the shoes. The label was address to a warehouse in Ontario free if charge UPS return. So far so good. I then reorder the shoes in a larger size which are now much more than the original sale price of the first pair. In addition your website defaulted to US$ I immediately sent an email stating that it should be in Canadian and they confirmed it would be. I also wanted to use my $65 credit from my return but was told NO that the credit was on your US site and the two are not connected?? If that’s true then why was my return to a warehouse in Ontario?
