Not very good as I have yet to receive it, 15 days after ordering it. It appears trapped in shipping ****. UPS says (as of 5/24) it will deliver on 5/29, but still no putter. Then they updated it to say it was turned over to USPS on 5/31. USPS website has no real info on it either, just that they apparently have received it. It's June 1, and no real clue when it will arrive!
Customer Service agent hung up on conversation and did not process return.. called back, restated my needs , process unnecessarily drawn out, am now waiting to receive credit so I can order correct item... could not simply conduct exchange

I complained to you and you have done nothing to expedite the shipping It has already bee 15 days. The shipping department should be fired. I never had any trouble with the previous owners.
It's early in my ownership of this putter, but so far it has worked well for keeping my putts on track. All I need now is someone to read the breaks for me!
